Understanding the position/developing a strategy

Define strategy; we will meet with you to understand the technical and soft skills you are seeking in a candidate, determine the timetable for identifying candidates,  discuss the process flow and the important points about your company and the job in order for us to interact effectively with candidates, and discuss team's experience in interviewing.

 

  • Clarify/write or update position description
  • Write/place ad

Sourcing

  • Identify candidates (job boards, referrals, targeted companies, active candidates/passive candidates)
  •  Review resumes/interview/screen candidates and present to client 
  • Interact frequently with client company on identified candidates (via e-mail or phone)
  • Formal management interview training (4 hours with team) - a condensed session will be offered to the hiring team as part of preparation for the interview

Preparation for extending an offer:

  • Background/reference checking
  • Offer negotiation with candidate
  • Offer letter and other appropriate documentation
  • We will provide you with a legally defensible candidate file

 

Onboarding training: recruiting never ends; bringing the employee into the company the right way is very important. An employee's first interaction with the company is just as important as the customer's first interaction.  Onboarding aids in long-term employee development and retention.
