GARY HOCHMAN
Principal
Gary has worked in the development of organizations for over 20 years.
From 2002 – 2006, Gary operated The Hochman Group, a Santa Rosa based organization development and human resources consulting firm.
Prior to that, he served as Vice President at Optical Coating Laboratories, Inc., a JDS Uniphase Company. Gary also was also employed as a senior organization development consultant at Hewlett-Packard.
Gary holds a B.A. in sociology from the University of Minnesota and a Master's Degree - with a focus in organization development and training - from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
He is on the faculty of the Organization Development Program at Sonoma State University and serves as the President of the Sonoma County Community Childcare Council
BRENDA GILCHRIST, SPHR
Principal and Human Resources Consultant
Brenda has over 15 years of Human Resource Management experience. Through her corporate and private consulting experiences, Brenda has led many companies through dynamic organizational changes.
From 2002-2006, Brenda provided human resources consulting through her private practice, Gilchrist and Associates in Sacramento and the North Bay. Prior to launching her business, Brenda was VP of Human Resources at the California Dental Association and its five for-profit subsidiary companies, where she led all human resources functions including employment, training, benefits and compensation.
Brenda has held senior HR positions at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, VFDA-Management Service Organization (a pre-IPO, multi-state, start-up), and Sutter Health.
Brenda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Master's Degree in Organizational Dynamics from University of Pennsylvania and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
DENA GRUNT
HR Administrator/Consultant
Dena, a seasoned Human Resources Generalist, assists clients with their outsourced Human Resources needs. She specializes in HR and Payroll Audits.
Dena Grunt has been a Sonoma County resident for the past 20 years.
She has a bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from San Francisco State University and has been active in the human resources field for the past 12 years as a recruiter, generalist, manager, and consultant.
She currently resides in Petaluma with her husband, Hans, and son, Bohdan.
